Eumen
The successor has a voice. Its name is Eumen.
Eumen is how owners and teams work with the successor: by talking. Review a live case, answer the one question only you can answer, correct a proposal, approve a step. No dashboards to learn, no query language, no ticket queue.
What the conversation is like
It asks about one real case, not your philosophy.
The exchange above is representative, not a client transcript. Notice what Eumen brings to the question: the specific trace that raised it, the pattern it found, and what it does with the answer afterward.
The answer did not become a rule because the owner said it. It became attributed evidence, was tested against the record, and reached policy only through the same evaluation gate as everything else. The engineering page shows that gate in motion.
The surface
Five things you do through Eumen.
REVIEW
Walk a live or historical case with its full context assembled: what was known, what was done, what happened.
EXPLAIN
Answer trace-grounded questions when a decision episode is missing context only a person has.
CORRECT
Fix a proposal or a past call, and have the correction propagate to everything that depended on it.
QUESTION
Ask why the system decided what it decided, and get the actual evidence and policy behind the answer.
APPROVE
Hold defined commitment points in the flow of work, by voice or text, without becoming the bottleneck again.
The boundary
The voice is not the system.
People will naturally call the whole successor "Eumen," the way a company's name ends up meaning its product. The distinction still matters, for two reasons.
First, because the name would flatten Eumen into a chat assistant, and the difference is structural. Eumen's conversations are grounded in reconstructed cases, attributed evidence, and live operating state, and they have consequences: an approval releases real work, a correction invalidates dependent conclusions, an explanation enters the record with your name on it.
Second, because what earns trust is behind the voice: the memory, policies, skills, evaluations, authority controls, and effect verification of the full successor. That is where a careful reader should spend their time, and the rest of this site takes them there.

What the successor is, what it does in a day, and how it is engineered from your company's own record each have their own page.
