Questions
Asked by owners. Answered plainly.
Everything here is the real answer, at the depth a website can honestly carry. Where the truthful answer lives in an agreement, we say that instead of pretending otherwise.
Is this about replacing my employees?
The direction is autonomy for the company's digitally mediated, judgment-heavy operating work, most of which is currently concentrated in you, not in your staff. People remain for physical work, legally reserved work, and true exceptions. A business can become independent of its founder while employees still perform much of the work: what changes most is that the judgment stops living in one irreplaceable head.
Do I need to be technical to work with this?
No. Owners work with the successor through Eumen, in conversation: review a case, answer a question, correct a proposal, approve a step. Your team can work through it the same way. The engineering depth exists on this site because your advisors and diligence teams will want it, not because you need it daily.
Why is there no phone number on this site?
Because the first conversation deserves to be a considered one. A written first contact reaches a founder directly and gets a real reply, and from there calls happen quickly. The address on every page of this site goes to a person, not a queue.
What AI does it actually use?
Models are components inside the successor, selected and adapted per diagnosed need; the product is the complete company-specific operating system around them: memory, policies, skills, tools, evaluation, authority, and verification. We do not publish a vendor inventory, and no single model is the successor.
What happens when it makes a mistake?
Mistakes are engineered for, not explained away. Every action's effect is verified independently of the tool that performed it; a failed or ambiguous result triggers recovery before retry; repeated failure narrows authority; and the correction is compiled back into the system so the class of mistake shrinks. The record keeps all of it, including what escalated to a person.
Is my company's data used for other clients?
Client-specific artifacts, your evidence, episodes, policies, and skills, are separate by default, and client identity and records stay private unless you authorize disclosure. Access itself is scoped in writing and revocable.
What happens to the successor if EUMENON itself goes away?
The successor is built as a company-specific system, and the supported operating models are explicit: EUMENON can run it as a managed service, or your organization can come to operate it day to day while EUMENON maintains and improves it. Exact continuity and wind-down terms live in the engagement agreement, where counsel on both sides can hold them.
Do you take equity or a percentage of my sale?
No. The engagement is $25,000 for the Successor Foundation, $5,000 per month for managed operation, and a $200,000 contingent build fee earned only if both measured tests pass. Your upside stays yours.
How long does the whole thing take?
Stages advance on evidence, not on a calendar, and different functions move at different speeds, so a universal number would be false precision. What is fixed is the shape: reconstruction first, live work under bounded authority as it is earned, and independence only when the record supports it. Ask about your company directly and you will get an honest read, not a promise.
What if we stop partway?
Termination and wind-down terms live in the engagement agreement, where counsel on both sides can hold them; the website will not paraphrase legal terms. What the structure guarantees is that fees already track delivered phases: the contingent fee simply never becomes due without the passed tests.
How many companies have you done this for?
Client engagements are private, and a client's operating history is not used as marketing, so this site will not show you a logo wall or a case study. The count itself is not private: ask in the first conversation how many engagements exist and where each stands, and you will get the plain number, whatever it is. What is published here is built to be held to either way: the proof standard on the proof page, the operating record an engagement accrues from its start, and a fee structure that puts our largest fee at risk against independently measured results.
We are not planning to sell. Is this still relevant?
Selling is the sharpest version of the problem, not the only one. The same engineering returns your time, removes key-person risk, and builds transfer value you may never use but will always have. If you want the company and not the job, start with the step-back page.
